There is a lot
to be said about the donkeys; be it their long
ears, their funny faces or hearing them bray,
everyone loves them. |

As

When
Val first came here for a visit, the donkeys
would never bray for her. Now Hawthorne
is like the family watch dog. If anyone
comes down our road, we are the first to know
and he makes sure of that. |

|
It
didn't take the donkeys long and they had Val
trained. Two rings on the old bell,
they come a running and Val gives them treats.
